I finished a big spin last week. It is 307g of Corriedale from Observatory Hill Farm I picked up at the Wisconsin Sheep and Wool Festival. I have 490 yards of the dark yarn and 174 yards of the lighter color. This was an easy spin, and the sheep are coated so there was very little VM in the roving. This will grow up to be a worsted weight shawl, unless I decide to buy more roving from the farm and make a sweater. I’ve been fast and loose with my fiber budget lately, so who knows what will happen.
I’m so behind on posts, but you know I love your spinning…and your fast and loose attitude to fibre buying 😀

Your spinning is so beautiful! So smooth and even 🙂 It will make a beautiful shawl – or sweater!
