Today was the cast on party for the Vertices Unite. It was fun spending time with friends talking about knitting and the colors we picked for our shawls. AJ wasn’t able to log on to the call, but was kind enough to send a photo of her shawl in progress. Hopefully she will be able to join our next KAL call on 02/05.
Knitting with friends is a great way to kick off the new year.
I haven’t knit anything by Stephen West yet. His designs are amazing. I hope you’ll keep posting photos of all the different shawls as they progress. Great way to start the New Year!
Ooh intriguing, definitely looks like a good way to use up some skeins of fingering weight, which is always a constant battle for me! And it looks like you are meeting on Saturdays for it? That works better for me than Sundays – could you Skype or IG me the link?
