This week is flying. I am actively working on two projects. I have a few more I’m going to cast on for International Cast On All The Things Month, but for now I love what I’m working on.
My Oxbow sweater is plugging along. I’ve now finished both sleeves and I’m working on the ribbing of the body of the sweater. It continues to move quickly when I pick it up.
I started my Hansel out of the alpaca from the orchard. It is a good mindless project that is easy to work on when I’m on the go. I think I’ll love the finished object.
I’m contemplating casting on a new hat, or another new hat, or another sweater. We shall see if I actually do it.

It is! I haven’t had to turn the heat on yet, but I’ve been sitting by the fireplace in the mornings.

🙂 We finally had to turn our heat on here. We were resisting it, but its been in the 20s at night – too cold!

We don’t have the furnace on yet, but at this point it is a battle of wills to see who will cave and turn it on first. I wear lots of wool. He works in the basement. I think we know how this will play out.

It is going to be so cozy. It will be so perfect for sipping tea peacefully by the fire while reading a book, should that ever happen.
