My Halloween socks are done. Now I can focus on the six or seven WIPs I currently have. The Halloween sock yarn is Black Cat from Tumbleweed Yarn. I found the yarn to be a little fine, and probably should have gone down a needle size and CO 72 instead of my usual 64. The yarn came with a progress keeper that matched the yarn, which was pretty darn cool.
I’ve started a new pair of socks for John, which I’ll work on when we are at parks. He is very excited to get a new pair.
Cute socks, cute progress keeper! Good luck with the man socks. My son asked for another pair, and I’m putting it off because his feet are so big!

They’re so good! I love how your socks are so matchy, I’ve not yet figured out that trick.

It feels wasteful when I throw away yarn trying to get it to the right spot, but mismatched socks make me twitchy.
