My heart is broken tonight at the loss of Ruth Bader Ginsburg. I’m not currently able to express my heartbreak.
I was planning on inviting you to join me in knitting an Oxbow, casting on in October and finishing it by Thanksgiving. Instead I’m encouraging you to join me in knitting a dissent cardigan or pullover. I will be knitting some tears into my sweater.
Sad news, indeed…

I had to Google who she was, seems to have been a very impressive lady. How depressing that it will be Trump choosing a replacement from what I read.

So sad. The rest of this year is going to be an interesting one for you.

It will be interesting. And terrifying. And rage filled. I need to stop keeping carbs in my house.

Heartbreaking and terrifying in equal measures.

I’m not allowing myself to be terrified because I know I will stop sleeping.

I can’t tell you how sad I am as well. Frightened and sad and angry all at once. I immediately gave money yo several Democratic campaigns to defeat senators. While I would love to join the March on DC, it’s just not possible. I don’t even go to grocery stores. It’s not safe for me. But I will be there in spirit. What else can we do? Resist the corruption and lies of this screwed up administration. RIP RBG.
