
My sister was able to visit for a bit today, so I made some sourdough cheese crackers. She is a big fan of Cheez Its, so I wanted to make something like those delectable crackers. This recipe was easy to put together and used sourdough discard, which is always a plus.

Those look yummy. I baked a loaf of bread on Monday and today I made a New York Style cheesecake in my instant pot. Its time for me to try my hand at sourdough starter again.

Yum! I baked a birthday cake for hubby last Friday. It’s almost all eaten now, so I guess he liked it.

You could totally use gluten free starter. It is just starter, salt, and cheese.

No baking yet, but since it’s dropped down to 90 I put the tomatoes on the stove, and have the first pot reducing. I have two more gallon bags thawing for tomorrow.

I baked my first item in my new oven in my new kitchen if you days ago. Since someone commented I might have my kitchen done in time for fall baking I thought I’d go all out and bake pumpkin bread. It turned out scrumptious. Like why wait for fall?! LOL
