I’m thankful for a patio big enough to accommodate at least three knitters while socially distancing. I’m thankful Jess and Ivy both like Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand. I’m thankful we all agree that Jacinda Ardern is amazing. I’m thankful that Ivy’s mom made us masks covered with wine openers, because she knew they would be perfect for us.

I’m thankful that Kirsten will be in Iowa to camp next weekend. I’m thankful for s’mores. I’m thankful that Kirsten’s camping list included 3 kinds of drinks, even though our weekend involves 5 kids, covered bridges, and a knitting store.
I’m thankful for good friends that socially distance, wear masks, and make me laugh. I’m thankful for the new Ben Folds song. I’m thankful for the friends I’ve made in Blogville. I’m thankful it is John’s turn to get up with the kids tomorrow.
Just listened to the song and shared on Facebook, thanks for mentioning it. So glad that your friends are lifting your spirits. I’m grateful for my blogville friends like you too x

I’ve been singing it to myself all weekend. Mostly just “2020 what the actual fu*k”

You have given me a great idea. I think I’ll invite a knitting friend over to sit on my deck too.

I hope you do. My mood was much better once we could do socially distanced patio knitting.

Oh my gosh! I can’t believe I didn’t tell you about it earlier. It was on sale at Hobby Lobby for $3. I had to buy it.

So glad you were able to get together with your knitting friends! And that mask is awesome, as is your t-shirt. Your upcoming camping trip sounds very promising – it is going to be amazing. I’m thankful for you and all the blogville friends as well 🙂
