I’m thankful they paved our street. They have more paving to do, but the end is in sight.
I’m thankful for kiddie pools. They keep the kids cool, and wear them out.
I’m thankful my kids aren’t afraid to try hard things.
I’m thankful Elliot builds me lego buildings every morning.
I’m thankful I was able to visit my parents this week.
I’m thankful that voices are being listened to. I’m hopeful that change is coming.
We had some rare very warm days where I hid in the shade, I’m jealous of the paddling pool. Cold wet weather has returned now. I realise now your daughter is balancing on a bike (trike) seat…with balance like that you could sign her up for ballet or gymnastics 😉

She was signed up for tumbling, but that didn’t happen because of COVID-19. I hope to get her signed up when they start again. She has good balance and is really strong. I am amazed with what she can do.

Wow! I’d clearly forgotten for a minute about the virus and things being limited 😯

I wish I had a pool to cool off. Jealous 😦 Glad you got to see your parents.

If it doesn’t cool off here soon I’ll be spending my days in the pool with the kids.

I’m glad you got to see your parents. My husband saw his mother during her birthday week at the end of May. He hadn’t seen her in 10 weeks.
This week I’m thankful for air conditioning. It was 90 here yesterday and there was no way I would have slept last night without it.

I meant to add air conditioning to my list. With as much time as we spend outside I really need to cool down at the end of the day .

Looks like summer fun times in your yard! So glad you got to visit your parents, too 🙂 Also glad they are mostly done paving your street – that is never a fun time.
