This week I made Gingerbread Dutch Baby, Muiltigrain Sourdough Sandwich Loaf, and three Chocolate Chip Sourdough Loafs. We only kept a half of one Chocolate Chip Sourdough, the rest were given away.
Those look great! I must know the secret to your chocolate chip sourdough bread. It looks perfect! Do you raise it in a pan? Do you bake it with a pan of water in the oven?
I rise the dough in a bowl. I bake it in a Dutch Oven with the lid on for the first 20 minutes and then 40 minutes without the lid on. I’ve been using http://www.theclevercarrot.com for sourdough recipes and they haven’t failed me yet.
