We had a cold week this week, which left me grumbling. Even with a bad week, I have much to be thankful for.
I am thankful for rain pants. On Sunday it was in the low 40s, rainy, and windy. I was able to put on my rain gear and get four miles in. I just got rain paints, and I’m so thankful they allow me to get outside and walk even on days most sane people would stay inside.
I’m thankful for knitting podcasts. I get to feel like I’m knitting with friends even on nights when I’m not on a zoom call with them.
I’m thankful for spring snow. Spring snow is gone by the end of the day. Spring snow doesn’t ice up the streets. Spring snow is warm enough for the kids to play for hours and warm enough in the sun for me to watch them play while knitting.
What are you thankful for?
thankful for YOUr blog! I can’t believe you saw an owl. So COOL. We saw an eagle around 6 tonight. Headed up north I’m sure. its head was so white in the sunlight! But i would trade for an owl sighting any day!

It was so exciting! I really hope it was the first of many owl sightings.

We got spring snow today and I am thankful most of it melted by the end of the afternoon. I am thankful I live in New England where it will be 60 and sunny tomorrow after snow today. I’m thankful for lots of blogs to read including yours:)

Definitely thankful to still be able to continue teaching piano through out all of this, for plenty of food to eat from last year’s garden, and a husband returning to good health!

Your children really look happy to be playing in the snow. I’m grateful for the friends I’ve made through blogging, to have a garden and nice weather that enables me to be outside.

Spring snow is kind of fun, isn’t it? You don’t have to take it as seriously as winter snow. Thankful for you and my other blog friends! Thankful for gradually warming weather. Thankful for knitting 🙂
