This week I made pita bread, Buttery Sourdough Sandwich Biscuits, cinnamon sugar sourdough waffles, sandwich bread, chocolate cherry granola bars, sourdough English muffins, golden pull-apart butter buns, and one flourless peanut butter cookie.
Did you know there are recipes for one cookie? It serves two people. This is great news, as John and I both like cookies too much.

I usually just do cheese. I like my pizza plain.

I make a fresh mozzarell or ricotta and basil. Plain for sure. Do you put the pizza directly on the grill?

I put it right on the grill, cook it a bit, then flip it over and top it.

This makes a deep dish cookie but one comment says you can divide it in half and bake them on a cookie sheet. My son says this is his favorite.

Carb heaven! Every recipe I look at now is for some type of carb. Breads. cakes, cookies, rolls, tortillas etc. Yup, stress cooking = carb eating.

Eventually it is going to be too hot outside to bake. When that happens I will look at vegetables again.
