I’ve been baking a lot. I deal with stress by feeding my family carbs. I am limiting myself to baking one item a day, because it could easily get out of hand if I don’t.
I thought you might enjoy seeing what I’ve been baking. Until we’re back to normal and socializing face to face I will be sharing what I baked the past week every Tuesday.
I want to live at your house. I am a carb stress eater. I could help make all those foods disappear.

Yum! I think I might bake some gluten free soda bread again. I looked up trending searches on google today, and “Bread” is in the top five. Just “Bread”. I thought it was funny.

I’ve been doing a bit of baking too. It’s good to have a bit more time to get some done, but will have to watch out not to fall into the increased baking available / decreased exercise trap. 🙂
