The blanket keeps getting bigger. I think I’ll be finished with it in February, but that estimate could be wrong.

I highly recommend finding a project you can work on a little at a time. Starting each morning with some knitting meditation helps me stay the day in a relaxed mood.
That blanket is looking fabulous! What will you do with it when it’s done?

It will go in a closet until I finish another one and then Elliot and Audrey get to choose which one they want. They will be TV blankets eventually, but not until Wrigley no longer curls up on the couch with us.

Wait, when will Wrigley stop curling up with you?? That sounds sad!

It will be very sad, but we will have new blankets when it eventually happens. When the kids are in college. That is what I’m telling myself.

It helps center me. It also is a really good excuse to knit on days when I really don’t have time to knit.

Do you pick up and knit each square? Or knit the square and seam it onto the blanket?

I pick up and knit each square. If I had to seam it I would never work on it.
