Yesterday the kids and I headed 20 minutes out of town to visit Ivy. She lives on a farm just outside of Des Moines. The kids spent time visiting with all of the cattle, goats (dairy & meat), cats, and chickens. After checking out the animals the kids checked out the swing set. Ivy and I sat down and knit a bit. You can’t beat knitting outside on a crisp day.
