I finished my Green Bay socks. I think they will be perfect for sitting around watching football. They will also be perfect for wearing around town, but I knit them specifically for football season.
The yarn is by Biscotte Yarns. This is my second time working with their yarn, and won’t be my last.
I decided to darn my socks. I didn’t bother looking for yarn that matches or coordinates, I just grabbed some yarn. You won’t be able to see the fix when I’m wearing shoes so I decided not to bother. While darning them I noticed how thin the rest of the heels are. I don’t think these socks will last much longer. I won’t be patching them a second time.
Your Packers socks look great! I do love Biscotte self-striping yarns – such neat stripe patterns 🙂

Those are quite the Football Socks! Good for you, hopefully Aaron Rogers can work with all the new players this year. Still can’t get over them losing Jordy Nelson.

I hope Rogers has a better season. My husband is a Bears fan, so I’ll hear a lot about it if he doesn’t stay healthy.
