This week I made Slow Cooker Beef Stew with Sweet Potatoes from the skinnytaste Fast & Slow cookbook. I got started on this recipe too late in the day to use the slow cooker, so I just cooked it in the pressure cooker. It was not as good as it would have been in the slow cooker, but it only took 15 minutes.
This was really good, and I’ll likely make it again. I love any soup or stew with a hefty portion of frozen peas in it.
