Happy Pi Day. We’re celebrating with butterscotch pie and Paris-Nice. John and I love watching bicycle racing, I especially enjoy knowing that if racing season has started spring will be here soon.

It is my favorite pie. It is so rich I can only have a sliver at a time, which is usually not an issue I have.

It’s a butterscotch custard. If your DH likes butterscotch he would love this pie. Would you like the recipe? It’s from an old cookbook, but I’ll type it out if you are interested.
