This week I tried Instant Spaghetti and Meat Sauce from skinnytaste One and Done. I liked that I could pull meat from the freezer, chop an onion, grab some pantry ingredients and have dinner on the table in less than 30 minutes.
This dish was fast and good, but not exactly memorable. I keep forgetting to eat the leftovers because I barely remember eating it the first time. I’ll probably make it again, and I expect I won’t remember that I’ve had it before.
That looks yummy! And how neat is it that it is that quick to cook 🙂

It was good, and I really like that it was faster than making a frozen pizza.

Maybe you could add some other ingredients, like fresh garlic and bell peppers? Italian sausage? If the sauce were chunkier, it might be more memorable. That’s one of my favorite recipes, actually – spaghetti sauce with olive oil, onions, garlic, bell pepper, mushroom, olives, zucchini, and italian sausage.

I forgot to mention the peppers in the sauce! It was OK as is, because it did the trick as a a meal that was faster than mac and cheese.
